A CALL FOR HELP BRITISH STEAMER’S S.O.S. Received March 26, 8.50 p.m. (A. & N.Z.) SAN FRANCISCO, Mar 26 An S.O.S. call from the British steamer Hussar, operating on the China coast to Singapore and Calcutta, was relayed here by the British steamer Silver Oak at the north of the Hawaiian Islands.
