FATAL ACCIDENT
MISHAP ON CRUISER INQUIRY TO BE HELD. (By Radio) RUGBY, March 35. The following communique issued by the Admiralty yesterday: — 4 ‘The Secretary of the Admiralty regrets to announce that a serious accident occurred on H.M.S. Courageous this forenoon during the triaj of a pump, resulting in the death, from injuries, of a warrant engineer, and serious injuries to the chief stoker, boilermaker, and fitter. A Court of Inquiry into the accident is to be held at Devonport tomorrow.
