WASHINGTON, Mar. 24. * 4 Big Bill’’ Thompson’s anti-British virus has penetrated to Congress, where Representative Black offered a resolution asking for an appropriation of 5000 dollars to conduct a Congressional investigation into American history books, to determine if any anti-Ameri-man bias existed, due to the influence of foreign propaganda.
He said that if the histories were tainted with British propaganda, as tad been charged, steps should be liken to remove the taint.
