BLUFF FOR TAXES GRIM PENALTY FOR REPRISAL .LONDON, Feb. 28. The Jerusalem correspondent of The Times, says that it is reported from Amman (Palestine), that the notorious Shiek, Faisal Dawish, who has recently made several raids into Iraq, demanded taxes from the tribesmen of Beni Sakhr, in the name of Ibn Saud, King of Hejay and Ncjd. The tribesmen refused to pay, and Faisal suddenly attacked them, killing 120 men and losing 100 of his own Wahabi tribesmen.
