INTERESTING DISCUSSION RELATIONS IN THE PACIFIC [ Per Press Association. J PALMERSTON N., March. 1. The Rotary conference to-day discussed how Rotary could assist in improving relations between countries in the Pacific Ocean, and it was suggested that a committee should be set up to go fully into the matter, with « view to approaching the next panPaeific Conference, to be helfl in Japan. The matter will be more fully discussed to-morrow.
