TENTH ANNIVERSARY BRITAIN’S CONGRATULATIONS (A. & N.Z.) LONDON, Feb. 29. On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of Estonian Independence, Sir Austen Chamberlain has offered the Estonian Government sincere congratulations on the progress achieved by the country and his best wishes for its increasing prosperity and peaceful development. M. Robane, the Estonian Foreign Minister, in reply expresses the cordial thanks of the whole Estonian nation ofr the powerful assistance given by your great country during our difficult days of the struggle for independence as well as our sincerest wishes for the preservation and development of the cordial relations happily existing between our countries.”
