BUSINESS MEN’S VIEWS CHILD ENDOWNMENT IN AUSTRALIA Received March 1, 11.55 p.m, (A. & N.Z.) HOBART, Alarch 1. The Associated Chambers of Commerce of Australia defeated by 15 votes to 14 a resolution condemning the system of child endownment, which motion was placed along with unemployment insurance as burdens which in the present state of track and commerce the community was unable to bear.
