SALE OF ANTIQUES. John Coull will conduct the sale, in conjunction with R. P. Morrissey and Co., of a very fine collection of old English and Continental antiques. Catalogues have been circuplated with re gard to this sale. The goods have been on view for two days and have been inspected by a large number of interested people. A general clearance is to be effected. MB W. F. CARTER’S SALE OF USEFUL HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE. Messrs Sharpe, North and Co. give particulars in the auction columns of an auction sale to be held by them at their Guyton Street Rooms to-day (Wednesday), at 1 p.m., when they will offer the household furniture and effects of Mr W. F. Carter, who is leaving Wanganui. The catalogue includes a big assortment of useful dining and bedroom furniture, and as it is for absolute clearance, a good opportunity is presented to anyone requiring furniture. Goods will be on view from 9 aan. today.
