Collars 1 must be of good leather equal to sample sent with tender, one inch wide and not less than 22 inches long, to have brass labels fixed with rivets, such labels to be plainly stamped. “PATEA COUNTY,” 1928, and numbered consecutively and put up in bundles of 25 each. Tenders to bo addressed to “The Chairman,” and marked “Tender for Collars.” COLLECTOR.
