HAWERA SHOW
ATTRACTIVE ENTRIES. The wealth of Taranaki will be reflected at the Egmont Agricultural and Pastoral Association’s spring show, which opens at Hawera to-morrow and continues on Thursday. Entries are exceptionally good, and in the pig section a New Zealand record has been attained. In the home section the competition will be very keen, the classes being better than last year. The society’s record of 802 entries in the home industries section, made last year, has also been beaten, 816 being entered.
