NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Sections 40 and 72 of “The Babbit Nuisance Act, 1908,” that rhe “Stockowners' Lists” of the PatseaWaitotara and the Wanganui Babbit Districts and the Batepayers’ 801 l of the Wangaehu Babbit District have this day been deposited at the Magistrate’s Court, Wanganui for inspection by Stockowners and Batepayers. The Mo. gistrate will sit to hear objections and finally revise such Lists and 801 l on Saturday the 26th day of November, 1927, at 9.30 a~m. at the Magistrate’s Court, Wanganui. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason of the insertion or incorrectness of any matter in ajiy list or roll, or of the omission of ajiy matter therefrom, may object in terms of “The Babbit Nuisance Act. 1908.” Dated this 31st day of October, 1927.
