WHITE AND RED
RIOTING RUSSIANS SERIOUS DISORDERS AT HABBIN (Sun Cable) TOKIO, Nov. 8. Ten thousand White Russians at Harbin paraded, hooting the Soviet Consulate, tearing red flags from Soviet shops and houses, and tramping them under foot. They scattered handbills urging the Chinese authorities to the Jews as the breeders of trouble. There were numerous White and Red clashes, with both at times coming into conflict with the police.
