INQUEST OPENS VICTIM SHOT FROM BEHIND Received Nov. 4, 1.10 a.m. (A .& N.Z.) SYDNEY, Nov. 3. The inquest on Leslie, who was fatally shot on October 13, has commence, the three brothers Higgs who are ah leged to have murdered him, being In custody. A doctor gave evidence that it was impossible for the wounds to be selfinflicted and that deceased was sffbt from behind while in a sitting position, the burets entering his back and? coming out in front of the body.
