NOT GUILTY
SCHWARZBARD ACQUITTED SCENES OF ENTHUSIASM IN COURT. (A. & N.Z.) PARTS, Oct. 26. The eveidence for the defence in the Schawarzbard trial suddenly terminated yesterday. After further witnesses had declared that Petlura was res ponsible for pogroms, counsel announced that there was no need to call the remaining 80 witnesses. Schwarzbard was acquitted amid scenes of eniinisiasm.
