UNLICENSED HAWKER
TWELVE MONTHS IN GAOL (Per Press Association.! AUCKLAND, Oct. 27. At the Police Court William Brightling, aged 49, was sentenced to twelve months’ gaol for hawking tinware with out a license. . He was stated to be afflicted with St. Vitus’ dance and was a menace to women when he called at their back doors, and became abusive when they refused to purchase goods from him.
