electric Impulses from SUN EFFECT ON HEALTH. NEW YORK, Oct. 15. In addressing 500 physicians assembled under the auspices of the American Electronic Research Association, Dr. AL C. Hardin, of Atlanta, Georgia, president of the association, declared that man was a combination of electronic energy radiated by the sun and distant stars. These showers or rays, he continued, possessed a penetrating power so great that they were able to pass through a screen of lead six feet thick. Because our physical and mental states were roost probably determined by electrical conditions, both external and internal, it was gratifying to see that most progressive physicians and the United Slates Public Health Service were recognising the importance of this view in the diagnosis and the treatment of disease.
