POLAND'S REPLY Government Will Root Out Terrorist Organisations THE TRIAL OF KOWERA SOVIET MAY BE REPRESENTED [By Telegraph—Per Press Assn.—Copyright.] (A.P.A.-Sun) LONDON, Juno 13. The Geneva correspondent of the Daily News says that the Polish Foreign Minister, replying to the Soviet demands points out:— (1) The assassin was handed over for summary jurisdiction. (2) Polish procedure enables a Soviet representative to attend the trial. (3) The Polish Government is not aware of tho existence of terrorist organisations in Poland. They are specifically forbidden, but Poland is prepared to examine the Soviet’s evidence and dissolve such bodies if their existence is proved.

MORE EXECUTIONS ORDERED SIXTEEN PRISONERS Received June 14, 5 5 p.m (A. & N.Z.) PARIS, June 13. An Odessa message reports the trial of 16 persons charged with espionage on behalf of Rumania, of whom 11 were condemned to death, three were imprisoned for ten years and. two were acquitted. Those condemned were also accused of illegally conveying persons to Rumania, escaping from Russia.
