WEATHER FORECAST. The Government Meteorologist, at 7.30 last night, issued the following forecast for 24 hours. Present indications are for strong but decreasing southerly winds and cola, changeable weather, with passing showers, especially in the East Coast districts. The barometer is rising everywhere.
