SALE AT EEILDING [Per Preus Association.) FEILDING, May 20. At the Feilding stock sale to-day a medium entry of about 4000 sheep was offered. Store sheep sold at prices equal to late sales, but experienced a dull deiinand. Fat sheep were in good demand and sold at slightly advanced prices. ! There was a small entry of all classjes of cattle, which met with a dull l sale. Fat cattle sold at late rates and j dairy stock sold on a par with late rates, I Prices were fat ewes 14/9 to 16/7; pat lambs 16/6 to 22/1; fat wethers 22/- to 28/6; store ewes r.w.s.d. rams 2, 4 and 6 tooth 15/1 to 20/10; wether lambs 10/9 to 15/11; ewe lambs 14/- to 17-; empty owes 10/9, r.f. lambs to 15/10; F and F ewes to 12/9; wethers 22/9 ;empty forward condition p.a. cross heifers £3 15s; empty forward condition S.H. cows £3 4s; p.a. cross heifers and calves £3 8; goad fat Hereford hcifOrs £6; good fat Hereford cows £5 6s; good fat p.a. cows £6 2s 6d; medium fat p.a. steers £7; Jersey cows just calved £7 10s; good Jersey springing heifers £7 10s; medium springing heifers £4 15s.
