Thu heifers are a particularly fine lot, with two exceptions being the progeny 01 the great breeding bull, BRAMPTON MERRY BOY (Imp.), and are mostly from daughters of the famous HOLLY BANK SQUIRE. There are heifers in this offering with great show-ring and butter-fat futures. The bulls include the choice of two full brothers, Sybil’s Oxford Noble and Oaklands Clarion (Clarion (Imp)— Sybil’s Gipsy), two sons of Oaklands Rucbe, C.O.M. 6961 b fat, and a son of Oakland’s Guernsey ,C.O.M. 6921 b fat. THE “SILVERLEYS” DISPERSAL SALE, THE PROPERTY OF'MR J. S. JONES, BELL BLOCK. The “Silverleys” stud comprises 42 head of choice Jersey cattle bred oa very sound lines. Mr Jones, on two ooccasions, had an open pick of the best cattle in the late F. Ranford’s “Willowbank” stud, and wiih thejo cattle developed one of the best herds in the Dominion. The very best sires have been used. Last season this herd produced the undefeated yearling heifer of the season, Silverleys Lady Vio'a, and numerous other prize-winners. CATALOGUES ON APPLICATION.
