A RUNAWAY TRAM
FATAL DASH DOWN HILL BRAKES TAMPERED WITH. Received May 19, 11 p.m. (A. & N.Z.) BERLIN, May 18. A boy tampering with the brakes of a crowded tramdar ar Cassti, m the absence of the driver, resulted in the car dashing down a hill and crashng into an Iron scaffolding. The car overturned in a ditch, burying the passengers. Nine, including six women, were killed.
