NOT CAPABLE TEACHER’S APPLICATION WITHDRAWN. ' (Special to “Chronicle.”) AUCKLAND, May 18. “It’s good to find a teacher honest enough to say that he is not capable of taking a position,” said a member at tho Education Board’s meeting today. A letter had been received from an applicant who had just found out that science was one of the subjects he would bo required to teach in a junior high school. As his knowledge was “distinctly limited’’ he asked for permission to withdraw his application.
