DEALINGS WITH BRITAIN NEW SYSTEM INTEODUCED (A. & N.Z.) LONDON, May 17. In the House of Commons, Mr L. S. Amery (Secretary of State for the Dominions), replying to a question, said that official communications between South Africa and Britain would be made from July 1, through officials instead* of the Governor-General. On the same date also Canada would adopt this change. The Imperial Conference decisions had been operating in the Free State since May-. 1.
