BRITISH COALING STATION WEST INDIES DISASTER Received May 17, 5.25 p.m. (A. & N.Z.) OTTAWA, May 16. Fire wiped out the business section of Castries, a British coaling station, the chief town of St. Lucia Island, the largest of the Windward. Group, West Indies. Hundreds of natives are homeless.
