REASON FOR ARCOS RAID Home Secretary Issues Statement to Parliament POLICE EVACUATE THE BUILDING The police having evacuated the Arcos building, which was raided by them last Thursday, that firm is resuming business. In the House of Commons, Sir William Joynson-Hicks (Secretary of State for Home Affairs) made a statement on the matter, detailing the reasons for and results of the raid, and promising to give fuller information later this week.
