WEATHER FORECAST. The Government Meteorologist, at 7.30 last night, issued the following forecast for 24 hours. Present indications arc for moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds backing to westerlies and freshening shortly, the weather becoming dull and misty' with rain soon in. many parts of the country. The barometer is falling.
