AT MANGAMAHU
DOG TRIALS CONCLUDE The Mangamahu Dog Trials last week were brought to a successful conclusion the competition being keen in all the events. The Association specially wishes to thank the judge Mr McGuinness, of Hawke’s Bay. Results were as follows: Class 11, short head and yard (60 points): H. H. Harris’ “Brigadier Bill” 56| 1, F. Ching’s “Mac” 54 2, H. H. Harris’ “General Haig” 534 3, W. V. Mclntyre’s “Chief” 53 4. There were 29 entries. Class 111, Huntaway (50 points): P. Norris’ “Tip” 44 1, J. Hunter’s “Dusky” 424 2, T. Sullivan’s “Bounce” 42 3, H. H. Harris’ “Tin” 41 4. F There were 38 entries.
