AUCTION SALE OF DESIRABLE RESIDENCE AND FURNITURE.
Messrs. Sharpe, North and Co., will conduct an auction sale to-morrow, Saturday, at Bryce Street, Castlecliff, just past Fire Station. Under instructions from Mr. A. C. Cresswell, who is leaving Wanganui, they will offer his desirable five-roomed dwelling with conveniences. As Mr. Cresswell is leaving Wtanganui, and the reserve has been fixed at a low figure, this presents an opportunity to anyone requiring a good home. Among the furniture special mention should be made of a beautiful sheridan inlaid bedroom suite. A big line of tools and timber "will also bp offered. Goods will be on view from 9 a.m. to-morrow.
At noon to-day Williams and Harper will sell by auction at their mart poultry including table and laying fowls and ducks, 200 cases fruit, produce, including prime 8.1. Button Supreme table potatoes, vegetables, and other usual lines.
