CONFERENCE AT HONOLULU BRITISH REPRESENTATION Received March 8, 10.10 p.m. LONDON, March 8. In the House of Commons the Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs. Commander Locker-Lampson, replying to Mr A. A. W. H. Ponsonby (Labour) said tho Pacific Institute was an unofficial organisation and the British Government would not be represented at its conference at Honolulu this summer, but there might be a British representative there.
