HELD TO RANSOM
MAJOR BORGES AND PARTY SPANISH GOVERNMENT ORDERS PAYMENT. Received March 8, 9.30 p.m. ROME, March 8. A Las Palmas message states that Major Borges and his companions are being held for ransom, which the Spanish Government has ordered to be paid immediately.
