UPPER HOUSE AGAIN
REBUFF FOR MR LANG LABOUR BILL THROWN OUT SYDNEY, Feb. 16. The Ministry sustained another defeat in the Upper House, the Council rejecting the vital clause of the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Bill by 38 votes to 28.
