MRS. MARKWICK’S SALE TO-DAY. John Coull gives particulars in our auction columns of this issue of Mrs. Markwick’s sale which is to take place at her residence, 25 Somme Parade, near Ingestre Street to-day (Wednesday), beginning at 1 p.m. sharp. The catalogue includes the complete and modern contents of 12 rooms, complete kitchen utensils, tools and sundries of all descriptions. Goods may be inspected from 9 o’clock this morning, and a total clearance will be effected.
ME. W. WHITTOME’S SALE. Messrs Sharpe, North and Co. draw attention to an auction sale to be held by them to-day (Wednesday) at one o’clock, when they will offer the household furniture and effects of Mr. W. Whittome, who is leaving Wanganui. The catalogue includes good useful furniture of every description. Fruit and other lines will also be offered.
