THE WEATHER FORECAST. At 8 p.m. yesterday the Dominion Meteorologist issued the following weather forecast for 24 hours? — Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds. The weather will be fair to cloudy generally, but changeable with some scattered rainfall in the northern and East Coast districts. The barometer has a rising tendency.
