ALL TRAINS DELAYED
OBSTRUCTION ON CROSSING [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Feb. 15. All rail traffic, both north and south, including the Daylight Limited, was held up for 50 minutes this morning, when a heavy road roller broke down at a crossing a short distance south of Paraparaumu, at about nine o’clock.
