MOTORIST FINED
DESCRIBED AS A MENACE [ Per Press Association. ] DUNEDIN, Feb. 14. Walter Phillip Hailes, described by the Magistrate as a menace to the public, was fined £lO for driving a high-powered motor at a dangerous speed, and a like amount for failing to stop when he knocked down and injured a man. His license was cancelled for two years.
