JANUARY FIGURES LONDON, Feb. 11. The Board of Trade returns for January are:—lmports £113,600,000: ports, £55,422,000. Imports decreased £4,118,000, exports £4,959,000, and re-exports £1,881,000. The principal decreases in imports were: Grain and flour £2,325,000; meat, £2,489,000; non-dutiable food and drink, £2,263,000; raw cotton, £2,407,000; rubber, £2,124,000; non-ferrous metal manufactures, £1,441,000. The main export decrease was in cotton yarn manufactures, £2,713,000. Increase's in imports were: Coal, £4,214,000; iron and steel manufactures, £2,505,000 and oil and fat manufactures, £1,996,000; and in exports, coal, £469,000.
