FORECAST FOR TO-DAY CLOUDY AND OVERCAST CONDITIONS (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 29. The Weather Bureau to-night issued the following forecast: — Present indications are Tor variable breezes, south-easterly to north-easterly prevailing. The weather will be warm and humid, &nd cloudy to overcast at times with misty rain in parts. The barometer shows little movement.
