WORKMAN’S DEATH FOUND HANGING FROM WIRES (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN Dec. 26. Robert Baylis, employed in the elec trie power and lighting department o: the city corporation, was elcctrocutet yesterday while carrying out his dutici in North-East Valley. Deceased was a married man will three children, residing at Care] Avenue, South Dunedin. It would appear that about 9 a.d a young lady, who was passing aJod Gladstone Road, saw deceased hanging head down, from an electric light poll and she at once rang up the ambulan**! and tho police. When assistance cam the man was found to bo dead. Tho Coroner (Air IL W. BundH S.M.) opened the inquest in the nftd noon, and formal evidence of identif cation having been taken, tho mattd was adjourned.
