GIPSY IMMIGRANTS TWENTY FROM AUSTRALIA. REFUSED PERMISSION TO COME ASHORE. [Per, Press Association] AUCKLAND, June 7. A family party of gipsies who arrived from Sydney to-day as third cl'ass passengers on the Aorangi have been refused permission to land in New Zealand pending instructions from the Controller of Customs, and possibly also from the Attorney-General. The party comprises twenty men, women and children. If it is decided to return them to Australia they will probably be placed aboard the Marama, which sails on Friday.
