CHARGE AGAINST PEER WARRANT FOR ARREST ISSUED THE HIRE PURCHASE SYSTEM LONDON, March 11. The "Daily Mail’ states that a war* rant has been issued against Lord Torrington on a charge of stealing a mototr car, which he allegedly purchased on the hire system.
