AND IMMIGRATION LAW i COUNTESS AT ELLIS ISLAND I ! WARRANT FOR EARL’S ARREST Received Feb. 15. 8.15 p.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 14. A warrant for the arrest of Earl Craven has been requested by telegraph by Henry Curran, Commissioner of Immigration. The Earl admitted to the immigration inspectors, prior to his entry to this country, that he had committed adultery with Countess Cathcart, who is now held at Ellis Island seeking entrance to the United States.
