BISHOP’S TRAVELS
IN CAUSE OF EMIGRATION CHURCH OF ENGLAND’S SCHEME INVITATIONS FROM DOMINIONS LONDON. Feb. 14. The Bishop of London, speaking before the Church Assembly in support of the Church of England’s Empire Emigration Council, said that they had received 35,000 nominations from the Dominions, where church people were ready to receive and employ young men and women, but the difficulty ires to get the young people to go. The Bishop announced that he was going to Canada in connection with the scheme, and possibly to Australia and New Zealand.
