KING’S ABDICATION IBN SAUD ENTERS JEDDAH TO-DAY. A PEACEFUL CHANGE OVER. Received Dec. 21. 11.35 pm. LONDON, Dec. 21. Commander Locker Lampson, confirming King -Ali’s abdication of the throne of the Hodjaz, added that, a Provisional Government was arranging tn hand over Jeddah peacefully to Jbn »S*aud, whose troops would enter on December 23.
