Mr King suggested (a conference between the Institute and the Board as an expression of a desire to avoid litigation. „Alr Snell said that after the age of twelve boys required the discipline of a married man. Mrs Ferness suggested that there might be cases, but her preference should ho given to women teachers. The letter was received.
