BOTTLE ARGUMENT
ON CHANNEL SWIM LONDON, Oct. 17. A sequel to Li cut.-Col. Freyberg’s attempt to swim the channel was provided by Lieut. Shipp, who was aboard the tug, bing lined 5s at the Dover Court for throwing an empty beerbottle at Leslie Wyand, a cinematographer, who was taking a picture of Freyberg being fed. The magistrate said: “The law allows the snapshotting of members of the public, but does not allow them to reply with a brick or a bottle.’*
