INCREASING WINDS. [Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Nov. 3. The Government Meteorologist issued the following forecast:— Present indications are for increasing northerly and westerly winds, especially in and southward of Cook Strait. Weather mild and fair to cloudy generally, but rain probable soon on the West Coast and southern districts. Barometer falling everywhere.
