SUICIDE OF MAX LINDER
FILM STAR'S SAD END. PARIS, Nov. 1. Max Linder, the French, film actor, and his wife were discovered in bed in the Hotel Baltimore in a pool of blood. Both had severed arteries in the right wrists and a razor was alongside. The wife was dead. Linder, who was believed to be suffering from tuberculo.sis, left a letter indicating that they had agreed to commit suicide. He succumbed later.
