SERVICE CAE DRIVER. [Per Tress Association.] NELSON. Nov. 2. Arthur O. Emms was charged at the Magistrate’s Court with driving a service car at a speed which might have been dangerous to the public. The defendant was fined £5 and had his license suspended for three months.
