SCOTLAND DEFEATS WALES. INTERNATIONAL SOCCER MATCH THREE GOALS TO NIL Received November 1, 11.5 p.m. LONDON, October 31. In an international Soccer match, Scotland defeated Wales by 3 to 0. The match was played at Cardiff in fine ■ weather, before an attendance of 25,- • 000. Scotland made more of the play, but the Welshmen, despite the handicap of their centre-half (Keener) rcI tiring just after the start, through a twisted knee, put up a good defence. At half-time there was no score. The Scotch defence in the second half dealt capably with spirited Welsh attacks. Duncan, McLean and Chinas scored, 1 the last-nameil ju«t on time.
