The Storm loads at Lyttelton to-day to continue her loading for Wellington and Wanganui. THE BREEZE. The Breeze arrived in port yesterday from Wellington. THE GABRIELLA. The Gabriella is discharging at Castlecliff. Messrs S. Holm and Co. advise:— THE HOLMDALE. The Holmdale arrived here on Saturday from Wellington. The vessel is due to sail for Wellington to-day. THE JOHN. The John sailed c,n Saturday morning direct for Lyttelton. The vessel is due here again about Wednesday. THE PROGRESS. The Progress is due here to-morrow from New Plymouth. Messrs Johnston and Co. advise: — THE ARAPAWA. The Arapawa arrived yesterday from Onehunga. Messrs A. Hatrick and Co. advise:— THE KAPITI. The Kapiti arrived in port on Saturday morning from Wellington. PORT NICHOLSON. The Port Nicholson berthed at New Plymouth on Friday to unload the remainder of her cargo. The vessel leaves the Taranaki port on Thursday for Wanganui roadstead to load for Havre, Antwerp, and London. PORT DARWIN.

The Port Darwin leaves Gisborne on Thursday for Wellington, where she is due next Saturday. On completion of her loading at Wellington the vessel will leave for Wanganui roadstead, and returns to Wellington to fill up. The Port Darwin will sail finally from Wellington on November 18 for London via Panama. THE NEW PICTON STEAMER. The Union Company is in receipt of cable advice that the new Picton steamer Tamahine, after being delayed by bad weather, left Southampton on Wednesday last for Wellington, and will take up her running from Wellington on Friday, December 11. MARAROA FOR DUNEDIN. On her first trip from Wellington to the Dunedin Exhibition, the Union Company now advise that the Mararoa will leave Wellington on Saturday, December 12, instead of December 5, as previously announced. CARGO FROM NEW YORK. In continuation of her voyage from New York the Trefusis is due at Wellington to-day from Auckland. She later proceeds to Lyttelton, thence Dunedin and Australia to complete discharge of her cargo. TRANS-PACIFIC CARGO STEAMER MOVEMENTS. The Union Company, Wellington, advi*e th* following movements of their trans-Pacific cargo steamers: — The Hauraki sailed from Vancouver on October 24 for Ocean Falls, thence San Francisco, to complete loading for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Adelaide. The Waihemo was expected to clear San Francisco on November 1 for Lyttelton, Dunedin. Bluff and New Plymouth. The Wairuna left Suva on October 29 for Fanning Island and Vancouver. The Waiotapu leaves Melbourne to-day for Sydney and Newcastle, thence Fiji, to load for Vancouver. The Luciston (-bartered steamer) arrived at Powell River on October 24. She was due back at Vancouver on October 80, and clears Victoria. 8.C., to-day, for Melbourne and Sydney., The Sierra Nevada (chartered steamer) was to leave San Francisco yesterday for Auckland. Wellington and Sydney. The Willaston (chartered steamer) left Wellington for New Plymouth on !■ riday, and arrived there on Saturday. After discharge she proceeds to Westport for bunker coal, thence ! Apia and San Francsico. She loads at San i Francisco during December for New Zealand out-ports.

Mr. J. Leonard has joined the Waipahi as chief officer, relieving Mr. W. J. Berryman, who is on sick leave. Mr. L. H. English has been appointed second officer of the Manuka, relieving Mr. E. J. de Carteret for holiday. Mr. J. Joyes is now third officer of the Koranui. and Mr. D. Strath has come ashore for instructions. Mr. N. Archbold, who has been on holiday, joins the Kittawa as third officer, relieving Mr. G. T. Mouncer for instructions. Mr. W. E. Jones has been appointed second officer of the Tahiti, relieving Mr. J.
